Welcome to Helsington Laithes Manor, a family-run Kendal bed and breakfast, situated within a remarkable 15th C grade II* Listed Manor House. Located just one mile from Kendal and 5 minutes from M6 J36, we are well placed for ideal access to the Lakes. Our Kendal B&B offers visitors a unique experience, with guests to the manor enjoying spacious, elegant rooms with the plaster tracery dating back to the year 1538. In addition to beautiful countryside views, our Kendal Guest House boasts two prestigious previous owners, Henry VIII and Marmaduke de Thwenge. We have ample private off road parking at Helsington Laithes Manor.

Kendal Cottage & Lake Windermere Cottage Accommodation

In addition to our Kendal bed and breakfast, we are also pleased to offer Lake Windermere cottage accommodation in our Bridge House Cottage, which is located in the Lake District National Park near Newby Bridge, close to Windermere. It is cosy and comfortable, with an open fire and sleeps up to seven people.

We also provide Kendal cottage accommodation at Helsington Lodge, which forms the West wing of the Manor House and sleeps up to three people.
